    The seminar "Bidding for government contracts in Poland in the era of electronisation" met with great interest from Chinese companies.

    On November 14, 2018 during the seminar "Applying for public contracts in Poland in the era of electronisation", Mirella Lechna, attorney-at-law and partner in charge of the Wrocław office of law firm Wardyński and Partners, presented the Polish public procurement system. The event organized at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing. Was attended by representatives of companies from the energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, transport to financial sectors, as well as representatives of selected law firms operating in China. The seminar provided participants with an excellent opportunity to familiarize themselves with current regulations regarding public tenders in Poland and the European Union in the era of electronisation.


    During the seminar, information about changes in public procurement law was presented, including those concerning electronisation introduced on 18/10/2018. During the meeting, the subject of changes in the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) were also discussed, as well as showing the examples of mistakes most often made by Chinese companies in the process of bidding for contracts on the Polish market.
