    From Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m - 16.30 p.m. The Consular Section is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all public holidays in Poland and in the People’s  Republic of China.

    Wednesday 10.00 a.m - 11.30 a.m (holders of ordinary passports)

     

    Legal matters: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00 a.m - 11.00 a.m

     

    Passport matters: Tuesday 13.30 - 15.30

    Thursday  13.30 - 15.30

    Consular district of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing includes the following provinces, autonomous regions and cities: Beijing, Tianjin, Gansu, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Shandong, Shanxi, Tibet, Xinjiang and the territory of Mongolia.
